Who handles your information
Applied Invariant is responsible for the information collected through this website. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact Vika@Playtail.com.
When you request a demo
We collect your name, work email, company, and the message you choose to send. We use them to respond and arrange a conversation, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries or taking steps at your request before a contract. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential business records.
Requests are stored in private Vercel storage, with access limited to our team and service providers. Our notification service is designed to use Resend to email your request to our team. We do not sell these details or automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Cookies and analytics
Optional Vercel Web Analytics is off until you select “Accept analytics.” It measures page visits and aggregate device, browser, and referral information. The analytics service does not use advertising cookies or receive your form fields from us.
An essential cookie called ai_consent remembers your choice for six months. Process animations may remember opened doors in session storage; this expires when your browser session ends. You can reject analytics and still use every feature of this site.
Withdrawing consent stops optional analytics on subsequent page loads and does not affect earlier processing.
Retention and security
We use your enquiry details to handle the conversation and any resulting business relationship. You can ask us to delete details that are no longer needed. Records are access-controlled, and enquiries over 12 months old are flagged for review. Automatic deletion is not enabled; our team must remove stored requests and any notification emails separately. Hosting providers may keep technical security logs for their own limited retention periods.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your information, and object to certain processing. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Our service providers
We use Vercel for hosting, private storage, and optional analytics, and Resend for email delivery when configured. These providers may process data outside your country; their linked policies describe processing locations and transfer safeguards. Third-party articles linked from this site have their own privacy policies.
